For the first time ever Zach’s Shack is happy to be running a food special. Never have we slashed prices on any of our products. Why now? Why not?

You get any hot dog, a small fry, and choice of soda or PBR, all for $6!

Weekdays from noon-3pm. Come and get it.

On Saturday, August 13 @ 5pm, Zach’s Shack will be holding its 8th Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest!

Join us for the most exciting ten minutes of summer! Enter and be part of the madness or enjoy a cold beer while watching friends, foes and strangers battle for the belt. Returning champion “Hambone” will be there to defend his title and record of 13 dogs!

Where: Zach’s Shack 4611 SE Hawthorne Blvd.

What: 10 minutes; all the dogs (and buns) you can eat

Prizes: The Championship belt, The Golden(mustard yellow) t-shirt, and FAME.

You heard right. it’s out back, under cover, and playable till 10pm daily(thats when we are required to close our patio). Come by and if players are already playing, sign up for next.

Hey Everyone,  We are updating our specials board and are currently making two past dogs.  Re-introducing “The James Brown Dog” and “The John Popper”.  The latter is a mouth watering combo of cream cheese, sweet thai chili sauce, green relish, onions, and jalepenos.  To find out whats on the “JB” dog you will have to come to the Shack. Have a happy Festivus and a wonderful 2011.
